Day 2 of filming and we decided to put some acting inside as our production schedule dictated, it was time to film the actors indoors - in the second location - (the house). Me being a Drama student helped with real life effect of terror and anarchy, I portrayed realism even to point of tears. I showed many people and their responses were all very similar which was: very good and well done etc, we added an edge on my acting part where im grabbed away whilst im talking this was what we were after in terms of suspense and the people we showed were very impressed and surprized and thats the reaction I want from my filming. with my acting we also decided to actually add the horror aspects e.g. the villian or murder etc. Because we are using free hand everything needs to be spontaneous and filled with suspense because it wont be scary if you actually see what is coming toward you so we worked on how we can show the 'villian' the most scariest way possible. we achieved this by making Menelik (our villian) hide in bushes and then be revealed by light then having him respond to it by making demonic noises and running straight toward the camera we deemed this successful because as before the feedback from others was positive.
